Justin conducts online and in-person, real estate, personal property, estate, farm and commercial liquidation auctions along with assisting in traditional real estate transactions.  Justin has also assisted in numerous benefit auctions around the state.

Justin is an active member and Director of the Alabama Auction Association, the Indiana Auctioneer’s Association, and member of the National Auction Association.  Justin holds the prestigious CAI designation along with the AARE, AMM, BAS, CES and PVS designations.  Justin has taught continuing education classes in auctioneering and real estate in the areas of contract law, bankruptcy, general legal liability management, and litigation management.

Besides working as a Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer, Justin is also a licensed attorney in the States of Indiana and Alabama, a licensed Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is also a licensed civil and domestic relations mediator.  Justin is a solo practice attorney and maintains his law office, Wall Legal Services, in Huntington, Indiana and practices in a variety of legal areas with extensive experience in litigation, contract disputes, and business issues.

Justin maintains residences in both Huntington, Indiana and Dauphin Island, Alabama and spends his free time working on his beloved Jeep Wrangler (her name is Lily) and project trucks and undertaking extensive remodeling and construction projects.
