This letter is to thank you both so much for all your work on the auction for my parents, Robert and Donna Lee and then the subsequent selling of their home and farm. As you know, 2024 has been a whirlwind of changes and emotions for me and my family. Going through the unexpected passing of both my parents within a month of each other has been traumatic to say the least. So when I contacted you to see if you would be able to auction their estate and to be able to do so within a few months, was a blessing. Chris,in working with you at Ohio University and being friends for many years, you just stepped right in and took over, handling every detail. I think you could tell I was overwhelmed and dealing with so many emotions that come with losing both parents. You came over and calmly said "this is what we're going to do" and came up with a plan, which you never wavered from. Everything went so smoothly, from you coming and taking pictures of the items we were going to auction off and then uploading them to your site, dealing with port-a-johns, concession food and drink for both breakfast and lunch, workers- including an additional auctioneer, staging of auction items in and outside the house and at the barns, parking and advertising. You and your crew handled everything so my wife and I didn't have to worry about anything. Yes, it is emotional seeing items leave the family farm, but also bittersweet to see things going to another generation of farmers and families that would enjoy the things my parents had worked so hard to acquire over their many years of marriage.

I don't want to forget you, Sandy – for all of your hard work at the auction too. You were helping Chris, the cashiers and other workers and using your calm demeanor throughout the day and afterwards handling paperwork and closing the auction with ease.

Then came the selling of my parents' home and farm. Sandy, as the Broker/Owner of Collins Realty you again came through for us. Once we had our buyer, you handled everything from the signing of the contracts, to dealing with the auditors, the bank, the buyers and the closing. This was all done in a very short period of time. You were never frazzled with the timeline, but worked diligently with us as your clients and friends and always kept our best interest at heart.
