I've probably spent a few thousand dollars with Huff's, and the best way you can judge a company is when something goes wrong... I paid a premium price for a cast iron muffin pan, and when I went to pick it up, it was obvious (as it wasn't in the photos) that someone had drilled a hole it to hang it from the wall.... Making it useless as a cooker. I complained, and James refunded my money. To do that is a mark that I will continue to do business with this company, as they do the right thing. Thanks.

Very personable staff, friendly and professional service when I picked up my items. My first time here, I was very impressed and enjoyed meeting everyone. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
