Carl Miceli is an Accredited Senior Appraiser, (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers; a Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) with the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America; a certified equipment appraiser (CES) with the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers; member of the Machinery Dealers National Association and the National Auctioneers Association; and past President of the American Society of Appraisers, Maryland Chapter. He has been accepted as an expert with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Baltimore and federal court in Philadelphia.
Mr. Miceli is a voting member of the Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and the Chair of the Personal Property Issues Committee.Miceli has 38 years experience liquidating businesses and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). He is a licensed auctioneer in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland as well as a licensed boat auctioneer. He has 25 years experience as a machinery appraiser.
