Epic Auctions and Estate Sales is a full service auction company who can handle all of your auction needs. We have the expertise, equipment, and staff to conduct any type of auction from settling personal estates, handling residential and commercial real estate, to commercial business liquidations. We are experts in antiques and jewelry with a vast knowledge of most every aspect of personal property.
Every sale starts with a no obligation walk through consultation to establish the scope and complexity of your particular sale. There is no single formula as every estate is different requiring a variety of solutions including on-line and referral work. We provide a custom solution designed to meet your needs. We will listen to you and provide several options to help you move forward.
We have trucks, trailers, mobile office, sound systems, computers, and auction management software to handle any and every auction need from the smallest estate auction to the largest benefit auction gala with thousands of guests. Our largest sale to date was $76,000,000 and smallest was $998. No sale is too big or too small for our expertise.

Brad Stoecker has been in the auction industry for 30 years as an auctioneer, ringman, auction manager, antique dealer, and is an industry expert in coordinating live online simulcast auctions. He has worked all over the Midwest as a contract auctioneer, ringman, and simulcast auction consultant. Brad graduated from Reppert School of Auctioneering in 2004 and from Michigan State University with a Masters of Business Management (MBA) degree in 2007. He has served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Auctioneers Association and was appointed by the Governor of Michigan to 2 terms on the State Auctioneer Board, which oversaw the State’s voluntary auctioneer registration program. Brad and his wife Rachel live in Dimondale. Brad is the current 2022 Chairman of the Board of the Michigan Auctioneers Association and past 2020& 2021 President.
Brad, Rachel, Bob, and Sheila are members of the Michigan Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.
