Gary Spangle Grew up in Claypool, Indiana, working for local Farmers. He graduated from Warsaw community High School in 1987 working in the construction industry for 3 years gaining experience in the Masonary trade with his Uncle and Home Building with a local construction Company. Gary Spangle Grew up in Claypool, Indiana, working for local Farmers. He graduated from Warsaw community High School in 1987 working in the construction industry for 3 years gaining experience in the Masonary trade with his Uncle and Home Building with a local construction Company. His Love for Agriculture brought him To Metzger Cattle Co. where he was employed for 26 years. During that time Gary was a member of The Kosciusko County Cattleman’s Association and served a one year term as a director. In 2016, Gary graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Iowa and obtained his Auctioneer License in 2017. In the Fall of 2017 Gary graduated from the Beer School of Real Estate . After obtaining his Real Estate License ,He worked with a local firm gaining Real Estate and Auction experience . Now with 7 years of experience, In September of 2024 Gary became a Broker Associate with Homes Land & Lakes Realty. He will bring Auction Experience to the team as well.
Gary resides in Warsaw with his wife Maxine . He is a member of The Kosciusko County Board of Realtors, and The Indiana Auctioneer Association. Gary and Maxine attend the First Freewill Baptist Church in Claypool. He has a working knowledge of the area and brings experience in both Real Estate and Auctions.
