Company Information

The company was founded in 2007 and became an affiliate with United Country Real Estate in 2011. We have conducted more than a hundred property auctions each of the past couple years and will do so again this year. The company's partners are graduates of Texas A&M University and were introduced by a mutual Aggie friend and auctioneer in 2002. Prior to forming the company, the company's partners travelled the United States as contract auctioneers selling mainly Real Estate, Equipment, and Vehicles. In recent years, the company's partners completed the distinguished three-year CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) from Indiana University. The CAI is the equivalent of a Master Degree for Auctioneers and is held by less than 5% of all auctioneers.

In addition to working with over 35 Texas Ag and Commercial Banks, the company's partners have auctioned assets for the FDIC, Fannie & Freddie, Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, The Farm Credit System, City of Houston, City of Atlanta, GA, Ford Motor Credit, GM Finance, and thousands of dealers, charities, wholesalers, and private sellers. For many years as contract auctioneers, the company's partners worked more than 250 auctions per year selling tens of thousands of homes, vehicles, and equipment each year. Ultimately, the results of the auction are based on the condition of the asset and the confidence of the buyer in the process and the auctioneer. We work hard before and during the auction to sell each specific asset as well as the auction process.
