Southeastern Auction Sales is an auction and appraisal firm. We combine hard work, proven methods, and marketing techniques with the latest technology to achieve the best results.

Our mission is to maximize profitability for our clients through implementing innovative and aggressive marketing plans for the sale of their estate or surplus equipment. Recognizing that each client is unique, we custom tailor each auction to meet the clients objectives. Our growing list of clients include banks, attorneys, city and county municipals, private sector industry, public schools and colleges, and personal representatives.

You won’t have to worry about anything when Southeastern Auction Sales is on the job. Our staff will inventory and lot the items, write descriptions for the catalog and brochure, advertise in several media sources, conduct the auction, invoice, collect funds, checkout sold items, and police the grounds from contract to completion.

However sometimes an estate or group of assets is not large enough to support an auction sale and time is a factor. Whatever may be the individual case, Southeastern Auction Sales possesses the financial resources to offer a fair value for any assets from single items to complete estates.

With our vast auction experience, we are able to assess the value of personal property or company assets accurately and impartially. Our appraisers make exhaustive use of our computerized databases, in-house reference library, and highly developed network of industry contacts in formulating a concise and accurate appraisal.
