Jane Campbell-Chambliss & Associates, LLC works with a consortium of professionals who conduct estate appraisals, real estate sales and auction services. Our firm develops custom strategies and estate management plans for our clients using accredited experts in legal affairs, will distribution, insurance, downsizing, staging and exit plans. We assist in determining a price of a property prior to sale, organize and determine equitable distribution of property in the dissolution of marriage or partnership, and make determinations for equitable distribution as part of an estate evaluation.
