Spieth & Satow Auctioneers and Appraisers, Inc. is a company formed by Darin Spieth and Daniel Satow.  With combined experience of over 40 years, Spieth & Satow have the experience and qualifications to make your auction a success.

Daniel Satow brings 33 years experience working for an internationally known auction company that specialized in commercial and industrial auctions and appraisals.  Daniel was involved in the complete auction marketing campaign from listing the auction, marketing, set up, clerking, cashiering and closing of all types of auctions including many multi million dollar auctions.  Daniel has traveled extensively throughout the country and internationally to view, appraise and sell many types of equipment.  In addition to his auction experience, Daniel also is a licensed REALTOR in the State of Michigan.

Darin Spieth brings over 18 years of auction marketing experience and has specialized in personal property, trusts, estates, living estates, real estate and commercial equipment.  Darin has been involved in all facets of the auction industry and has sold equipment at auction in over 20 States.  Darin is a licensed REALTOR in the State of Michigan.

Spieth & Satow have conducted auctions in many states and included such unusual items as haunted attractions, carousel and amusement park related items, water park slides, machine shops, complete factories, restaurant, supermarkets and retail establishments.

Our commercial and residential Real Estate department can handle your Real Estate needs by either listing your property in the standard way or by taking it to auction.  We have options that most Realtors do not have.

Spieth & Satow’s combined experience, state of the art, mobile field office with computerized reporting system, access to all the equipment needed to handle auctions along with our knowledge and forty plus years experience can be put to work for you to turn idle assets into cash.

Between Darin and Dan they are involved in the National Auctioneers Association, Michigan State Auctioneers Association, Auction Marketing Institutes - Graduate Personal Property Appraisal Program, Hillsdale Rotary and Coldwater Rotary.

Locally Darin & Dan have been actively involved in many fundraising campaigns including: Tibbits Foundation, B.P.O. Elks, Saint Charles Borromeo School, local Boy Scouts, Branch Area Chamber of Commerce, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever and many other local charities and establishments.
